About Our Puppies
We make every effort to ensure that all information, photos, and descriptions of our puppies and parents are accurate and current. Coat colors and markings may change as a puppy matures, and adult size is an estimate based on lineage, not a guarantee.
Reservations & Deposits
All reservations are governed by our Deposit Agreement, and all purchases are governed by our Purchase Agreement. Please review both documents carefully before placing a deposit. Deposits reserve a specific puppy and are non-refundable except as stated in the Deposit Agreement.
Health Guarantee
Every Aleka Shih Tzu puppy goes home vet-checked, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming, and backed by the written health guarantee detailed in our Purchase Agreement.

All content on this website — including photos, graphics, logos, and text — is the property of Aleka Shih Tzu and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Communication
We are committed to honest, respectful communication with every family, and we ask the same in return. We reserve the right to decline a sale to anyone at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
Aleka Shih Tzu is not responsible for any indirect or incidental costs related to the purchase, transport, or ownership of a puppy beyond the terms set forth in our Purchase Agreement.
